About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Logistics Executive to join our API Pharma team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating order execution, shipment planning, customer communication, and logistics operations for domestic and international customers. This role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and export documentation.
What you'll do
- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to dispatch
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Regulatory, and Finance teams for timely order fulfillment
- Arrange and monitor domestic and export shipments through transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies
- Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COA, COO, Shipping Bills, AWB, and B/L
- Provide customers with shipment status updates and resolve logistics-related queries
