What you'll do
- Balance strategy and hands-on leadership, strengthen our recurring-revenue services platform, and set the engineering standard for quality, speed, and customer outcomes
- Manage Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Software Developers using Agile/Scrum to deliver customer-facing services
- Partner across global business and technology teams to align priorities, manage delivery risk, and remove roadblocks
- Hire and develop top talent, keep teams engaged, and create the environment to consistently deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes
- Scale methodical AI-enabled development workflows and guardrails (secure-by-design, privacy/IP protections) to improve throughput and quality
