About the role
The role aims to drive data-based decision-making, process audits, technology upgradation, and CAPEX evaluation to enhance plant performance, sustainability, and long-term organizational growth while ensuring adherence to Fertilizer Control Order (FCO), safety, and environmental norms.
What you'll do
- Plant Process Data Management & Performance Monitoring
- Ø Oversee systematic collection, validation, and consolidation of technical and operational process data from all manufacturing plants
- Ø Establish standard data reporting formats, KPIs, and benchmarks to monitor plant performance, efficiency, yield, energy consumption, and process stability
- Ø Conduct regular follow-ups with plant teams to ensure data accuracy, timely submission, and corrective action tracking
- Ø Analyse compiled data to identify process deviations, improvement opportunities, cost optimization measures, and productivity enhancements
