About the role

Sr. Business Integrity Advisor (Gurugram- India) The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting our Compliance risk monitoring within anti-corruption, international sanctions and human rights risk of ongoing projects across multiple jurisdictions; entailing direct advisory to the business, third party audits, data analysis and documentation.

What you'll do

• Undertake hands on compliance monitoring activities and lead Critical Risk Project Monitoring of selected projects including identifying emerging risks and red flags…
• Support the end-to-end Critical Risk Project Monitoring Programme from project kick-off through execution and closure in close dialogue with the business
• Ensure consistent application of the established monitoring methodology
• Maintain regular dialogue and engagement with Project Managers / Project Owners to gather relevant project information, understand changes in project scope, status
• Prepare monitoring reports and progress updates ahead of planned meetings with Project Managers (PMs), Project Owners (POs)
