About the role
Capability of leading electrical design for small to medium sized projects. You will be responsible for presenting your work to clients and design team members where necessary. Have a good knowledge of buildability & construction techniques. Understand the financial and commercial aspects of project management.
What you'll do
- Lead the electrical services design on projects, ensuring alignment with corporate, technical and client standards
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers within the department
- Collaborate with other design team members, such as architects, structural engineers, specialist consultants, clients, and project managers
- Develop design philosophies and contribute to all project stages from feasibility to detailed design
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and multi-disciplinary coordination of design documentation, following QA/QC processes
