About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Asset Protection Analyst to support Asset Protection, Store Operations, and Field Investigation teams. The role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating losses resulting from theft, fraud, policy violations, and other operational risks.
What you'll do
- Support Stores, Asset Protection teams, and Field Investigations by preparing case summaries, reports
- Respond to inquiries from stores and field partners regarding suspected shoplifting, unusual activities, critical incidents, severe weather events
- Analyze Point-of-Sale (POS) exception reports, transaction data, and store system information to identify potential losses related to theft, fraud, misuse
- Monitor and review CCTV surveillance footage to identify suspicious activities, investigate incidents, and gather supporting evidence
- Assist store leadership and district teams with internal investigations involving suspected associate dishonesty, policy violations, or fraudulent activities
