About the role
The Assistant Facilities Manager (Technical) will oversee engineering and maintenance activities on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role will involve managing the engineering team, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supporting maintenance and projects, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and technical requirements.
What you'll do
- Plan, design, and oversee the successful execution of projects, along with the regular repair and maintenance of the site
- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance of all electrical equipment, components, and installations
- Respond promptly to inquiries in the event of a breakdown and resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Review the team's work to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with required standards
- Provide training and oversight on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and best practices in technical operations
