About the role
The role requires expertise in project budgeting, supplier evaluation, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance (APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949) to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing projects and product launches.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Ensure process validation for pipe bending, sheet metal, mechanical press, and MIG welding processes
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions (PCA) for development and existing projects
- Drive ergonomic considerations during the development of fixtures, tooling, and gauges (FTG)
