What you'll do

• Track the team's daily and monthly hiring targets. You'll look at the data to make sure candidates are moving through the hiring stages quickly and efficiently
• Look at incoming hiring requests and assign work to your team fairly, making sure they can handle sudden rushes of new job openings
• Build smart plans to find passive candidates (people who aren't actively looking for a job) for complex IT roles like Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security
• Guide the team on how to best use modern recruitment tools, databases, and AI sourcing technology to work faster and smarter
• Find ways to fix delays or blockers in the sourcing process so everything runs smoothly and quickly
