What you'll do
- Responsible for a daily audit of VMS timecard status
- Pursue missing timecards and approvals daily to ensure all talent time is accounted for and approved and documenting efforts for field visibility
- Perform daily time entry validations to ensure accuracy of time entry for manual timecards
- Handling of payroll errors
- Adhere to payroll schedules to ensure on cycle payroll for all talent timecards (paid and billed by Friday)
