What you'll do
- Manage overall Quality function for the Lighting Division
- Ensure quality of Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, LED Lamps and other automotive lighting products
- Drive Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality activities
- Handle customer complaints, 8D, CAPA and root-cause analysis
- Monitor and reduce Customer PPM, rejection, rework and internal defects
