What you'll do
- Strategic Leadership & IPO Readiness Public Listing Transition: Lead the strategic roadmap, financial restructuring
- Corporate & Trade Finance SME Global Treasury & Trade Finance: Oversee complex trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees
- Working Capital Optimization: Drive efficiencies across the cash-to-cash cycle, inventory financing, and receivables management to maximize free cash flow
- Regulatory, FEMA & Global Compliance Cross-Border Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations
- Banking & Stakeholder Relations Consortium & Banking Relations: Leverage and expand existing connections with top-tier commercial banks
