About the role
Manage end-to-end depository operations of CDSL including account opening, demat/remat, pledge, transmission, corporate actions, settlement, and reconciliations. Ensure smooth functioning of daily depository activities in line with SEBI, CDSL regulations and internal policies. Monitor and supervise timely execution of settlements and client instructions.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end depository operations of CDSL including account opening, demat/remat, pledge, transmission, corporate actions, settlement, and reconciliations
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily depository activities in line with SEBI, CDSL regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and supervise timely execution of settlements and client instructions
- Maintain proper records, reconciliations, and MIS reports for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with NSDL/CDSL, clearing corporations, and regulators on operational and compliance matters
