About the role
Align internal business stakeholders with external regulatory frameworks to build a legally secure, operationally efficient, and harmonious workplace environment.
What you'll do
- HR Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee full compliance across all labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF/ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labor Act, POSH, and Occupational Safety regulations)
- Design and execute internal compliance audit frameworks across manufacturing units and corporate offices to identify, mitigate, and remediate regulatory risks
- HR Corporate Affairs & External Networking
- Build networking and advocacy strategies with labor commissioners, government ministries, labor unions, and trade associations to represent organizational interests
