About the role
HEMM Dumper Operator (Contract) We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Dumper Operator to join our mining operations team in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional experienced in operating Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) to contribute to a high-output mining environment.
What you'll do
- Operate heavy-duty dumpers with high levels of precision to transport mineral or overburden materials within the mining site
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical integrity and operational safety
- Execute all maneuvers-including loading, hauling, and tipping-in strict accordance with site safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Maintain clear and professional communication with loading equipment operators and pit supervisors to ensure optimal cycle times
- Report any equipment malfunctions, site hazards, or safety concerns to the maintenance and supervisory departments immediately
