About the role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong aptitude for technology and digital transformation to lead the implementation and optimization of a ERP system across the organization. The ideal candidate should understand construction and engineering workflows while being proficient in software implementation, process mapping, and user training.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and rollout of the company's ERP software across departments
- Understand existing business processes and map them into ERP workflows
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during implementation
- Configure, test, and validate ERP modules as per business requirements
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals
