About the role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Field Recruiter to lead our high-volume sourcing and onboarding of two-wheeler delivery executives and gig riders. In this role, you will step out of the traditional office setting to recruit where the talent is-on the streets, at hub spots, and through local community networks.
What you'll do
- Vendor & Community Partner Management: Build strong relationships with local manpower agencies, driving schools, two-wheeler garages
- Screening & Verification: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' eligibility, communication skills, route knowledge, and basic smartphone literacy
- Onboarding & Activation: Guide applicants through the registration process, app installation, and initial training
