About the role
The Head of HR will own the entire human resources and industrial relations function for the company - from workforce planning and recruitment through statutory compliance, contract labour management, employee relations and organisation development.
What you'll do
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment across all levels - management, staff, technical/plant roles, and blue-collar/workmen positions
- Build and manage sourcing channels: consultants, job portals, campus and ITI/technical institute tie-ups, local networks, and internal referrals
- Drive the full hiring cycle - manpower planning, job descriptions, screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Reduce time-to-hire and cost-to-hire while improving quality of hire; maintain a ready talent pipeline for critical and high-attrition roles
