About the role
we are looking for a Human Resource Specialist for our People Operations team. This individual will:
What you'll do
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM, iCIMS, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Position Management
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, ensuring system availability, stable operations, accurate configuration
- Provide Tier 3 production support for complex incidents
- Lead root cause analysis and drive resolution through functional analysis, configuration, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production validation
- Lead annual and cyclical HR system activities, including global absence setup, performance appraisal configuration, rating file loads, merit and compensation uploads
