- Reporting into Head of People & Culture, you'll work closely with stakeholders to drive the strategic HR agenda for the business function
- Driving business engagement enabling strong business growth
- Influence leaders and create visibility for the function
- Act as a thought partner for the business leaders and work on driving strategic HR agenda including organization design, succession planning, performance management etc
- Benchmarks and suggests unconventional HR practices/ HR policies.*Showcase predictive Analytics & and act/suggests proactively to make right decisions
