- Providing an excellent service to all India colleagues, in partnership with the broader HR team
- Covering a range of services that span the full employee lifecycle, the role manages and responds to queries
- Is the face for colleagues when they join the Company, providing an informative and supportive onboarding experience
- Uses credibility and gravitas to influence colleagues to follow global HR processes across all elements of the employee lifecycle
- In collaboration with UK HR colleagues, manages local ER matters to resolution balancing risk and business requirements
