About the role
Lead end-to-end investigations into suspected internal whistle-blower complaints, asset misappropriations, or external identity thefts. Conduct detailed field investigations and desktop verifications related to suspicious auto parts, dealership anomalies, or fake vendor invoicing. Interview suspects, employees, and witnesses while maintaining strict legal and professional compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end investigations into suspected internal whistle-blower complaints, asset misappropriations, or external identity thefts
- Conduct detailed field investigations and desktop verifications related to suspicious auto parts, dealership anomalies, or fake vendor invoicing
- Analyze large datasets to flag exceptions in warranty claims, vendor payments, and dealership incentives
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build, test, and deploy Red Flag analytics models and fraud scorecards
- Monitor high-risk transaction trends (e.g., duplicate vehicle registrations, inflated retail volumes)
