What you'll do
- Executing chemical compounding processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials to ensure strict compliance with product formulations
- Maintaining meticulous documentation of all batch records to ensure full traceability and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring equipment performance and performing routine maintenance as required to ensure continuous production flow
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and clean-room hygiene standards at all times
