About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Pre Sales to lead presales activities for our reconciliation product. The role will involve understanding client business requirements, analysing their technology ecosystem, designing suitable reconciliation solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams to define implementation, deployment, and support strategies.

What you'll do

• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, reconciliation processes, data sources, volumes, workflows, and exception-handling requirements
• Analyse the client's application and technology ecosystem, including source systems, databases, APIs, files, ERP, banking, payment, and downstream systems
• Translate client requirements into functional and technical solution specifications
• Design end-to-end reconciliation solutions aligned with client requirements and product capabilities
• Define integration, dataflow, workflow, reporting, and deployment requirements
