Solar O&M Engineer We are seeking a proactive and skilled Solar O&M Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation and maintenance of solar power plants, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and longevity of solar assets.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar power plants in Bikaner and Barmer, Rajasthan
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize energy production
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and reliability
- Respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies, implementing corrective actions as needed
