We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Administration to oversee Tier II onboarding operations, ensure process accuracy, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery. The role involves managing onboarding analysts, monitoring operational performance, resolving escalations, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for employees and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Team Management & Performance Reporting
- Oversee and support Tier II Onboarding Analysts in daily operations
- Monitor team performance, staffing levels, productivity, and service delivery metrics
- Conduct quality assurance checks on employee transactions and onboarding activities
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and regular feedback
