About the role
Run all packing equipment's smoothly without interrupting production. Make sure all required parameters are set in baggers and blue print equipment. Check random bags for sealing, if not found satisfactory results in form area leader and take action. Check products are packed with quality. No carton damaged should go in cold room.
What you'll do
- Run all packing equipment's smoothly without interrupting production
- Make sure all required parameters are set in baggers and blue print equipment
- Record all waste generated within the packing area and investigate whenever excessive waste is found
- Train casuals to ensure they are fully aware of all standards required within the packing area
- Communicate packing out-put, downtime or quality issues to the control room on an hourly basis
