What you'll do
- End-to-End Payroll Processing Process multi-state regular, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll for full-time, part-time, and hourly employees
- Calculate and process final paychecks, severance, wage garnishments, and retroactive pay when required
- Compliance & Tax Administration Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations
- Calculate, withhold, and file appropriate payroll taxes, social security contributions, and statutory deductions
- Reconcile payroll deductions against benefit carrier invoices to verify billing accuracy
