Payroll Specialist - UK & Ireland Payroll

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing three monthly payrolls across the UK and ROI, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion. This is a hands-on payroll role requiring strong knowledge of UK and Irish payroll legislation, pensions, benefits and salary sacrifice.

What you'll do

• Complete the full end-to-end payroll process from payroll input through to finalisation
• Process salaries, deductions, pensions, healthcare and other employee benefits
• Manage compensation and benefits as part of the payroll process
• Ensure payroll calculations and statutory deductions are accurate and compliant
• Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
