About the role
The Regional Product Line Manager - Vibrating Products plays a critical leadership role in driving India's growth, margin expansion, and product localization strategy for the Vibrating Feeder product line.
What you'll do
- Owning and driving the product roadmap for vibrating feeders, aligned with global strategy and regional market requirements
- Leading the indigenization/localization initiative to improve cost competitiveness, reduce lead times, and support domestic manufacturing capability expansion
- Collaborating closely with global product, engineering, and application teams to support product development, performance optimization, and standardization
- Defining and implementing product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions to enhance market competitiveness
- Establishing and governing application standards, technical specifications, and solution frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across projects
