About the role
Independently manage production planning, manpower, machine utilisation, capacity and delivery commitments. Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, cycle time and capacity utilisation; reduce downtime, rejection, rework and manufacturing costs. Ensure proper evaluation, approval, validation and documentation of changes in Man, Machine, Material and Method, including customer approval wherever required.
What you'll do

- Ensure proper evaluation, approval, validation and documentation of changes in Man, Machine, Material and Method, including customer approval wherever required
- Lead preparation and coordination for Maruti Suzuki, Hero and other OEM customer audits; ensure timely and effective closure of observations
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, FIFO, traceability, standardised work, poka-yoke and waste-reduction initiatives
- Coordinate feasibility reviews, process development, tooling, trials and validation through to regular production
