About the role
The incumbent will serve as the strategic business and technical head responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ultra-luxury residential projects, including bespoke luxury bungalows, high-end villas, and multi-acre private estates/farmhouses, Manufacturing Units and Corporate Offices. This leadership role demands a blend of design vision governance, civil engineering mastery, and astute investment/budgetary control.
What you'll do
- Design Governance & Aesthetic Management (External & Internal)
- Strict adherence to uphold the Quality of Project as per timelines
- Lead and review architectural concepts, structural designs, and MEP layouts for high-end luxury bungalows and farmhouses
- Oversee complex high-end internal fit-outs, including bespoke Italian marble cladding, automated HVAC (VRV/VRF) layouts, advanced home automation/home theatres
- Farmhouse Master Planning & Infrastructure Engineering
