What you'll do
- Review and validate scope definitions for each project/phase received from Client
- Manage scope change process: identify scope creep, document changes, and initiate change order requests before work begins
- Review estimations prepared by DLs; ensure alignment with historical benchmarks and account-level pricing
- Track budget adherence at project level; flag deviations at 10% threshold to COE Head
- Own milestone-level QC: review deliverables at 30%, 60%, 90% completion gates before Client submission
