About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, passionate, energetic, detailed oriented, and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team Jejuri Plant (Pune). The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our fabrication, assembly, and packaging processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all fabrication processes
- Conduct regular daily inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address quality issues
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations of incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance
