What you'll do
- Inspection & Validation - Verify dimensional, material, and functional compliance of samples against drawing requirements
- PPAP / ISIR Documentation Management - Review, verify, and ensure readiness of PPAP and ISIR documentation
- Manufacturing Process Assessment - Conduct process verification and audits for Machining, Aluminium Forging, Casting
- Measurement & Inspection Systems - Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical use of inspection instruments, including - VC, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge
- Problem Solving & Quality Tools - Lead Quality problem investigations using 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram
