About the role
We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Quality to provide technical and people leadership within the Quality Engineering (QE) function. The role will focus on QE practices, end-to-end testing, automated regression, capability development, coaching, and performance management.
What you'll do
- Provide organizational and technical leadership within the Quality Engineering function
- Establish and govern QE practices, standards, and capabilities
- Implement and promote centralized QE best practices across the Community of Practice (COP)
- Drive consistency in knowledge and skills by sharing best practices and addressing common challenges
- Lead in-sprint and end-to-end testing and maintain automated regression suites
