About the role
Conduct calls to customers to follow up on overdue invoices and secure timely payments Update customer payment status and notes in AR systems with accuracy and timeliness Monitor unapplied and unidentified payments, performing follow-ups as needed Review and manage bad debt accounts, perform follow-ups, and support provisioning.
What you'll do
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate AR records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or missing documentation
- Manage AR-related unclaimed property processes in line with corporate policies
- Execute customer account blocks/unblocks based on credit and risk guidelines
- Perform intercompany of AR settlements and reconciliations
