About the role
Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with the potential to grow into the Head of Electrical Design. candidate will lead the design and development of mission-critical systems for precision motion platforms used in defence and aerospace applications.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems for precision motion control products
- Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and BOMs
- Design power distribution systems (24VDC, AC mains, UPS, battery-backed systems where applicable)
- Design safe grounding and shielding schemes suitable for military and aerospace environments
- Design products with EMI/EMC compliance in mind from concept stage.8) Develop shielding, grounding, filtering, cable routing
