What you'll do

• Investigate and identify the root cause actions that have led to rate differences & causing unbilled/invoice rejections on specific accounts
• Liaise with internal teams such as payroll, billing, commercial finance and more for approvals, understanding and implementation of process
• Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders to provide an efficient implementation of improved finance processes
• Support with the implementation processes of new clients from a finance perspective and front office client setup
• Make recommendations based on Lean methodology to ensure a positive customer experience and a right first time approach within our client finance processes
