About the role
Responsible for client facing and stakeholder support of the MSP process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong MSP knowledge, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Create, update, and close VMS requisitions and guide hiring managers through front-end MSP processes
- Coordinate pre-boarding tasks, including shortlisting, interviews, work orders, and background checks
- Manage the end-to-end worker lifecycle, including onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding
- Process timesheets, expense approvals, and invoice validations in the VMS
- Clean and maintain VMS data to ensure accurate supplier/candidate files and compliance records
