About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and conducting initial candidate profile evaluations/pre-screens. You will act as the first point of contact between our company and potential talent, ensuring that only qualified, high-fit candidates are presented to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
What you'll do
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
- Proactively search, identify, and engage passive and active talent using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), social channels, professional databases
- Create talent maps, market research summaries, and talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow up with potential candidates to convert interest into applications
