We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build strong talent pipelines that align with our company's culture and strategic goals.
What you'll do
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks
- Sourcing Abilities: Proven track record of sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles using advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
- Be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build strong talent pipelines that align with our company's culture and strategic goals
