What you'll do

• Organizes and distributes the workload among the various back-office managers to ensure continuous service
• Enters weekly/monthly timesheets and performs verification using Osmose software● Conducts weekly follow-ups with teams and/or clients regarding missing HR data
• Alerts teams to retrieve missing information
• Records and tracks various complaints with the relevant departments
• Metrics Management and Creation. Working and succeeding in a SLA bound and driven set up
