What you'll do
- People Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor Technical Authors, Illustrators, and partner resources at TIRC
- Own capacity planning, utilization, workload distribution, and delivery commitments
- Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and skill development planning
- Own planning and execution of Operator's Manuals, Service Manuals, Parts Manuals, Safety
