About the role
The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, supporting student development, contributing to research activities, and participating in academic and departmental responsibilities. The Associate Professor will contribute to advanced teaching, academic planning, research development, faculty mentoring, curriculum innovation, and the overall development of the School of Psychology.
What you'll do
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions in relevant areas of Psychology
- Teach subjects such as General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Counselling Psychology
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and question papers aligned with programme outcomes
- Apply innovative teaching methods, outcome-based education, and technology-enabled learning practices
- Mentor students on academic progress, research activities, projects, and career development
