About the role
The Sr. Executive – Offline Training (KEYSOUL)(Only female candidates) will be responsible for conducting on-ground training sessions to promote product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales conversion for KEYSOUL products. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills to train Associate Buyers, store teams, and local leaders in regional languages.
What you'll do
- Conduct offline training sessions for Associate Buyers, store teams, and leaders
- Deliver engaging product training sessions focusing on KEYSOUL categories such as personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, and lingerie
- Ensure participants gain practical knowledge of product usage, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conducting online sessions as and when needed. (Sunday’s need based)
- Strong adaptability required based upon the strong organizational dynamics and changing consumer needs
