About the role
The Engineering Business Analyst supports GE Vernova Grid business’ Global Engineering Centre by connecting engineering, operations, and business priorities to enable efficient execution, improved performance, and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Partner with engineering, project, operations, and commercial teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Support process improvement initiatives related to grid project execution, engineering workflows, quality, and operational performance
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and workflow improvements
- Analyse project, engineering, and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for areas such as project execution, engineering productivity, quality, cost, and schedule performance
