About the role
Why GE Vernova – Grid Automation & Software? As the Sensing & Diagnostics NPI Program Manager, you will lead the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring rigorous planning and proactive management of risks and opportunities across the product lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end execution of NPI programs from initiation through commercial launch
- Drive execution across multiple lifecycle phases in compliance with stage-gate governance and development processes
- Establish and maintain integrated program plans covering technical development, industrialization, validation, certification, manufacturing readiness
- Define program execution strategies that optimize delivery performance across concurrent product introductions
- Coordinate activities across Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Services
