The GSI Finance - Billing Process Owner is a strategic advisor and change agent responsible for driving comprehensive automation and transformation of Billing system and process. This role requires a deep understanding of finance function, processes, and technologies to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a holistic Billing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Assess current finance operations, identify pain points, and define target operating models
- Develop business cases and ROI analysis for automation initiatives
- Billing Function Optimization, document ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ billing process maps
- Define automation capabilities, focus on process simplification and data accuracy in billing
