Lead Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for protecting substation automation systems, communication networks, and related operational technology (OT) assets from cyber threats. This role supports the secure design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls across substation automation solutions, ensuring system integrity, availability, and compliance with applicable security standards.

What you'll do

• Assist in creating an architecture reference that could be used for Inquiry to Order (ITO) proposals that require Cyber Security
• Assist in creating the Security Assurance Plan (SAP) for all projects which require it, be able to discuss it with relevant teams in GE and with the Customer
• Assist in creating a BOM template for Cyber security devices using a standardized format across GA
